Frequently asked questions
How long do the totals add up?
Until you reset them. The totals are saved inside OBS and keep counting from stream to stream. Type !top reset to start a new board, for example each stream or each month.
How are Bits and Kicks ranked together?
One Bit and one Kick count the same, so a viewer’s cheers add up on one board. The same name on Twitch and Kick gets its own place for each platform.
What counts as a gift?
Every gifted sub on Twitch and Kick, one per sub: a gift of 5 adds 5 to the gifter’s total.
Can follows and donations show up?
Follows, yes, on the Latest board with your channel connected in Senchabot: Twitch and Kick don’t show new follows to a page that isn’t logged in, so your latest follower comes in through Senchabot, as for Follower Goal. Donations, no: neither platform shows them to a page that isn’t logged in. Subs, gifts, Bits, Kicks and raids come straight from public chat. For every follow in a running list, use Event List.
